All sales are final for digital products, downloadable items, and print-on-demand/custom items.

For physical products, customers may contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. We may request photos before approving a replacement or refund.

Books purchased through Amazon/KDP are handled by Amazon’s return and refund policies.
